Description
This beautiful leather apron is handcrafted in Guatemala by empowered moms who are part of the World Orphans Economic Empowerment program. It is made of genuine leather and has a pocket in front, crossed leather strips over the shoulders, and an adjustable strap around the middle. (The tan apron features a pocket in front, leather strips to tie it at the waist, and an adjustable strap around the neck.) The apron measures 76 cm by 55 cm (about 30” by 21”).
The leather is bought in Antigua, Guatemala, a city known for its traditional leatherworking techniques. The apron is then handcrafted by local women using traditional methods. The result is a beautiful and durable apron that will last for years to come.
