A: Only the highest quality, full grain and top grain cowhide leathers are use to craft these beautiful pieces. 

 

Q: Is every piece handsewn by artisans in Guatemala? 

A: Yes. When you hold a piece of leather artwork from World Orphans, you are holding a piece of hope for that family. Each and every piece is crafted by one of the artisans in our economic program in Guatemala. 

 

Q: Where do your products ship from? 

A: When you place an order, it will ship from the Kooi Housewares' warehouse in Michigan. 

 

Q: I received my order, but it shows as having shipped from Kooi Housewares. Did I receive authentic World Orphans product? 

A: Yes. Kooi Housewares is working on behalf of World Orphans to warehouse and ship their items. Additionally, if you call with questions, you'll reach the Kooi Housewares store where World Orphans products are displayed. They will be happy to answer any product questions you may have. 

 

Q: I would like to purchase in bulk for business gifts. Is that possible?

Q: I ordered an item, but the leather color is slightly different than what I saw online. Did I get the correct item?

A: Given the nature of natural leather and hides, there is always some variation in color between each hide. We do our best to maintain consistency.
